Responsibilities
Design and maintain observability solutions using AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, ELK, and related tools
Integrate OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and implement Monitoring as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation
Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and engineering teams to standardize monitoring, logging, and alerting practices
Optimize performance monitoring and support incident investigations and root cause analysis
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, or site reliability engineering
Expertise with Dynatrace, ELK, SolarWinds, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Experience with Monitoring as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation and strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AIOps, and predictive monitoring techniques
Strong technical leadership and ability to collaborate across teams
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment
