Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal teams

Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on product features and best practices

Assess training needs and customize programs to meet the specific requirements of different audiences

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and customer support, to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date

Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-training

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Required

Bachelors degree in Education, Training and Development, Healthcare Management, or a related field

Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role in the healthcare or technology industry

Strong understanding of training methodologies and tools

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
