Design and execute a commercial strategy to drive growth
Own global revenue target and ensure key financial metrics are met
Lead and develop a high performing global sales team based in London, EMEA, and the Americas
Combine in-depth industry insight and innovative sales practices to expand market presence
Strategically grow and nurture blue-chip client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and higher value work
Implement and manage various sales approaches, such as regional, field, and inside sales teams
Transform a robust foundation by identifying and growing new opportunities beyond core legacy operations into a leading-edge tech and product-first proposition
Qualification
Required
Senior Executive experience
Ability to design and execute a commercial strategy to drive growth
Experience in leading and developing a high performing global sales team
In-depth industry insight and innovative sales practices
Experience in strategically growing and nurturing blue-chip client accounts
Experience in key account management
Ability to implement and manage various sales approaches, such as regional, field, and inside sales teams
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred
Experience working with C-Suite teams
