Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and analyses on polymeric membranes and raw materials
Assist in the development and validation of new products and manufacturing processes
Collaborate with production and quality teams to monitor product performance and ensure compliance
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure proper documentation
Prepare technical reports and documentation in accordance with industry standards (ISO)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biotechnology, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering)
Strong interest in biomedical technologies and filtration systems
Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and analytical instruments
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment or independently
Desire to learn and grow professionally
