Responsibilities
Lead project teams, manage resources, and align efforts to ensure successful project outcomes
Facilitate business process mapping and gather system requirements with clients
Develop and present to-be process documentation and solution strategies
Oversee NetSuite configurations tailored to client needs
Apply best practices and industry knowledge to solve complex client challenges
Coach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Maintain a strong focus on client success and relationship development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field
4+ years of experience working with NetSuite (implementation or end-user)
Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management
Strong understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Preferred
Familiarity with key NetSuite process areas: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report
Experience with: NetSuite Advanced Inventory, Advanced Procurement, and Advanced Order Management
Manufacturing modules: Light Manufacturing, Work-in-Process, or Advanced Manufacturing
Inventory costing methods (Average, Standard, Lot/Serial, FIFO/LIFO)
Demand/Supply Planning and MRP
3rd party solutions such as WMS, QMS, TMS, PLM, CMMS
Management and operational reporting expertise
