Responsibilities
Design and implement bespoke SDR solutions using COTS hardware and software with C/C++, GNU Radio, or Python in a Linux environment
Detect, identify, and decode captured RF waveforms
Perform RF signal reception and transmission using various modulation schemes, including FSK, PSK, and QAM
Solve technical challenges in communications, signal collection, data processing, and electronic warfare domains
Design and execute experiments and prototypes in well-equipped laboratory facilities featuring SDR hardware, FPGA development systems, and RF signal test and measurement equipment
Provide subject matter expertise in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and SDR development
Lead a small team of engineers in a rapid prototyping environment
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Software Defined Radios (SDR) development experience
Experience in SIGINT or communications systems development and test
Demonstrated ability to architect and implement digital processing and SDR system solutions with real-world performance requirements
Active Top Secret Clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
Preferred
Experience with Linux-based DSP systems that span across CPUs, FPGAs, GPUs, and SDR platforms
Experience with CUDA and GPU HW acceleration for DSP applications
Active TS/SCI clearance
