They are seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Solution Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro to design, lead, and optimize enterprise-scale asset-management implementations, focusing on building intelligent asset ecosystems that increase visibility and drive cost savings.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB integration, and procurement workflows

Define strategies for license reconciliation, optimization, reclamation, and compliance across major publishers (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, SAP)

Collaborate with clients to align ITAM roadmaps with business objectives, financial goals, and audit readiness

Build automation and intelligence into ITAM processes using ServiceNow AI, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics

Conduct workshops with finance, procurement, and IT stakeholders to design governance models and lifecycle policies

Develop solution architecture artifacts—process diagrams, data models, and integration patterns—that ensure quality, scalability, and reusability

Integrate ITAM solutions with ITOM Discovery, HR, Procurement, and Cloud Cost Management modules to deliver a single system of record

Support pre-sales, proposal creation, and demonstrations as the subject-matter expert for ITAM and SAM Pro

Mentor consultants and developers on ITAM architecture, licensing logic, and configuration best practices

Stay current with emerging ServiceNow features and AI enhancements related to asset intelligence and financial optimization
