Responsibilities
Own the execution and delivery of projects in collaboration with the product and design team
Build and maintain customer-facing features, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience
Align technical solutions with business needs and product vision
Drive technical discussions and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and technology strategy
Lead by example in writing high-quality, maintainable, and robust code
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in SaaS, fintech or related fields
Deep expertise in React/React Native, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and frontend engineering best practices
Working familiarity with UI/UX principles and experience collaborating closely with designers
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges
