Responsibilities
Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch, navigating ambiguity with confidence
Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product direction
Stay grounded in user problems through discovery work, research, and continuous feedback loops
Translate insights into elegant, usable, and scalable product experiences — across all states and edge cases
Drive usability improvements by testing flows, simplifying interactions, and evolving design patterns
Contribute to and evolve our design system to improve quality, consistency, and velocity across teams
Shape micro-interactions and animations that clarify intent and elevate the experience
Communicate design rationale clearly, aligning teams and stakeholders through storytelling and evidence
Mentor other designers, elevate team quality, and contribute to design culture and critique
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in product design
Extensive experience designing and shipping digital products end to end
A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX, high-quality craft, and strategic impact
Mastery of Figma and component-based workflows across multi-product environments
Strong systems thinking and experience evolving scalable design systems
A deep curiosity for users and a drive to solve real pain points with clarity and care
Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills across cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
A track record of mentoring others and raising the bar for quality and process
