Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other business-related field or an equivalent amount of experience and training preferred

A minimum of three years HR experience in a majority of the functions listed above

Prior HR experience in the hospitality industry a plus

Knowledge of HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software and systems

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Due to the natural environment of Ojo Spa Resorts, must be comfortable outdoors, navigating uneven ground, diverse terrain, and multiple stairs

Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds or less

The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures; and the ability to speak and communicate in a professional manner
