Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Java Microservices development projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation documents
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development standards, and coding best practices
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure project success
Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, timelines, and risk registers
Qualification
Required
Proven 10-15 years of experience in Project Management within Agile/Scrum environments
Strong technical foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
Experience leading software development teams in complex, cross-functional projects
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable project plans
Hands-on experience in SDLC management, version control, CI/CD, and deployment practices
Preferred
PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification
Experience with telecom or large-scale enterprise projects is a plus
Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous
