8+ years expArdurra is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering leader for their Land Development practice based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The Team Leader will manage large projects, ensure exceptional client service, and mentor the team while leading various civil site projects for diverse clientele.

Responsibilities
Manage large complex projects from concept design through design development and final design
Actively involved in monitoring the budget, schedule, and quality of projects within the team
Maintains positive business relationships with clients as part of ongoing business development efforts
Have positive and established relationships with local municipalities/agencies within the 'Middle Tennessee' region
Provide technical leadership for projects as a mentor to all levels of the team
Form and lead project teams to support a positive high performing work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or other relevant discipline
PE license in TN is highly preferred
Approximately 8+ years of directly applicable experience
Strong organizational skills, and ability to function efficiently within a team environment
Comfort with AutoCAD, and other design software preferably with Civil3D
