Responsibilities

Revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability
Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections with top-level executives
Focus on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals
Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to ensure successful growth and retention of valuable accounts
Identify and qualify new opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
Work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities
Expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to pursue new deals
Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
Take charge of customer satisfaction and ensure account compliance

Required

5+ years experience running account P&L
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Sales experience in technical solutions
