In this role, you will specialize in Cisco and Fortinet network solutions, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment while collaborating with various business units to meet their technical needs.

Responsibilities

Install and configure network equipment to resolve hardware or software issues

Collaboration and working closely with business units, stakeholders, divisions, and end-users to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs

Technical Expertise in additional skills such as PowerShell scripting, command-line, analysis, etc

Problem-solving with the ability to adapt to troubleshooting and resolving issues within the network infrastructure

Experience with RingCentral or other SaaS VoIP System

Experience with vendor management and purchasing

Strong Experience in network monitoring to identify performance improvement measures

Support CAT 6/6A and fiber cable installation for new network connectivity as necessary

Experience with network diagnostic tools and service aids to resolve equipment failures

Required

This position requires at least 5 years of experience in network administration or a similar capacity

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential

An Associates degree in Computer Science or related education

5+ years of experience with Network Administration

Proven experience in customization, configuration, and development

Required experience with Cisco switch and router hardware

Experience with Meraki Access Points

Experience with Fortinet Firewalls

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Dependable transportation with business-related mileage paid

Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation
