Responsibilities

Advise on securities law, SEC reporting, and compliance matters

Provide corporate governance support, including preparing board and committee materials

Lead the preparation of the company’s proxy statement and oversee shareholder meeting-related matters

Support corporate development transactions such as M&A, debt/equity offerings, and executive compensation

Collaborate with Investor Relations and Marketing to review press releases, investor presentations, and public communications

Draft and review contracts, policies, and procedures to support business operations

Implement company policies and provide strategic legal guidance

Manage and coordinate with external counsel
