They are seeking a per diem Admissions Coordinator to support the Admissions Department, responsible for conducting risk assessments, coordinating referrals, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders.

Provides telephonic and in person risk assessments and crisis intervention
Initial contact with referral sources and potential patients
Coordinates the referral and intake process
Determines appropriate level of care
Maintains communication with referral sources, families, patients, and unit staff
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology required (MSW, LSW, LCSW, LPC, NCC, MS, MA)
Computer literate
Preferred
Prior intake, assessment, admission and crisis intervention experience with a mental health population is preferred
