Taptap Send is a rapidly growing fintech company focused on helping immigrants send money home. The Analytics Lead - Finance and FX will design financial models, create operational intelligence tools, and build a real-time ledger engine to support the company's growth in cross-border payments.

Responsibilities

Design and implement mission-critical financial models in dbt – e.g. pricing optimisation, counterparty exposure analysis, trading evaluation, and real-time P&L attribution across our cross-border payment flows

Create operational intelligence that pre-empt problems – dashboards, alerts, and tools that help Finance and Treasury spot risks early (e.g. FX anomalies, liquidity gaps, reconciliation issues) and make better decisions (e.g. capital allocation)

Build our real-time ledger engine – partnering with Treasury, Finance and Engineering to build the analytics models that track tens of millions of daily money movements

Champion our analytics community – peer review code, share knowledge at weekly meetups, and help raise the bar across the team
