Start in 2026 SpringZoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and is seeking a Recruiting Intern to gain hands-on experience across the recruiting lifecycle. The intern will support day-to-day recruiting activities, contribute to process improvements, and participate in strategic projects that shape how the company attracts and hires talent.

Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify talent trends, sourcing channels, and competitive insights to inform recruiting and talent program strategies
Support the planning and execution of talent programs such as internships, candidate events, and internal mobility initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Talent, People Experience, and business functions to coordinate program logistics and share insights
Contribute to process improvements by analyzing workflows, gathering feedback, and helping implement scalable solutions across recruiting and talent programs
Qualification
Required
Currently working towards a Bachelor's in a relevant business program
Must be returning to school to continue your education upon completing this internship
Good academic standing
Able to commit to a 12-week internship beginning in May or June of 2026
Ability to relocate to a city near Foster City, California for the duration of the internship
Interns at Zoox may not use any proprietary information they are working on as part of their thesis, any published work with their university, or to be distributed to anyone outside of Zoox
Curiosity and willingness to learn about recruiting, talent programs, and people processes
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and comfort working across teams and functions
Analytical thinker who enjoys improving processes and finding practical ways to make work more efficient
Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
