Responsibilities

Travelling to client sites around the US to accurately measure and verify CAD architectural drawings

Analyzing CAD drawings based on floor plans and structural drawings

Measuring, recording, and documenting the physical dimensions and locations of architectural elements

Comparing the original design drawings against the as-built conditions and noting any deviations or changes

Required

A BA or AS degree in Architecture, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, CAD Design, or related

Understanding of CAD drawings and drafting

Basic understanding of building technology

Strong attention to detail

Ability to accurately measure and verify measurement information

Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and cross-functional

Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Monday.com, Office365

Preferred
