Responsibilities

Responsible for coaching, development, and accountability of field sales team
Side-by-side selling of Sonic services with the field sales team
Monitor success of field sales team and suggest areas of opportunity for improvement
Provide Field Sales Supervisor with performance statistics
Drive field teams to achieve sales goals and daily average targets
Maintain current marketing and sales materials in the field
Adhere to safety procedures and protocol
Responsible for handling escalations, account errors, and training issues
Maintain positive working relationships and open communication within all workgroups
Patient, well organized, and can adapt well to fast-changing environment
Maintain a positive attitude and be an ambassador for Sonic’s mission, vision, and values

Required

Candidates for this position must live in San Jose, California
A valid California Driver's License and Clean DMV are required
Reliable vehicle and auto insurance are also required
