Responsibilities

Oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all task orders

Responsible for risk management and budget oversight

Responsible for monitoring and reporting on project performance

Provide technical, operational and intelligence advisory support that enable the command, its subordinate units, and other strategic and operational partners to integrate within a technology platform

Conduct briefings and debriefings related to technology integration, task management and mitigation

Create and maintain project milestones and roadmaps

Mentor, train, and advise senior leadership

Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems

Required

Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills

US citizenship

Ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases

Required to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs

Demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks

Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation

Experience with business process analysis, data management, and enterprise geodatabase modeling

Demonstrated experience working within an Agile software development methodology, using the Scrum framework

Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks

Excellent written communication skills and ability to write/compile technical information

Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

PMP certified

Ability to travel, as needed ~ 5-15%

Preferred

Portuguese or Spanish language skills

Active TC/SCI

Experience with government IT programs and environments
