Senior DevOps Engineer (Federal & Commercial)

As a Senior engineer in the UEM Cloud Services team, you will design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions and ensure compliance with security standards while working on automation and architectural improvements.

Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for both the UEM SaaS Commercial and Federal offerings
Develop and maintain infrastructure and configuration using Terraform, Ansible and other tools
Collaborate to deliver scalable secure cloud solutions across multiple SaaS offerings
Implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and deployment automation
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with commercial standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27k, PCI) and federal security standards
Implement proactive strategies for identifying and remediating vulnerabilities

Required

US Citizenship required
6+ years of relevant experience in a DevOps or comparable Cloud engineering position with demonstrated track record of execution and delivery
Proven development and scripting background (Python, Powershell, Bash)
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred) and/or Configuration Management tools (Ansible preferred)
Strong expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred)
Experience with containerization technologies
Understanding of cloud security principles and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments
Familiarity with federal security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, etc.) and cloud security compliance requirements
Ability to learn independently and is self-driven
Excellent documentation and communication skills
