Responsibilities

Oversee logistics operations, ERP integration, and team supervision across all warehouse and inventory functions
Responsible for operational scheduling, coordination with Government representatives, and oversight of all material movement and inventory control
Ensure compliance with the NAVSEA OM&S Warehouse Process Guide
Lead Lean/5S continuous improvement initiatives following Project APEX methodology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in all logistics processes

Required

Active DoD Secret Clearance
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Proven leadership in logistics and warehouse operations
Expertise in ERP integration and logistics data management
Strong understanding of NAVSEA OM&S Warehouse Process Guide compliance
Experience coordinating logistics activities with Government stakeholders
Ability to manage scheduling, inventory control, and material movement
Skilled in Lean/5S and Project APEX continuous improvement practices
Strong supervisory and mentoring capabilities
Bachelor's degree
7–10 years of logistics experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities

Preferred

MHE License
OSHA Certification
Lean/5S or Six Sigma Certification
