Program Coordinator II – Center for Child Well-Being
The University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Center for Child Well-Being within the Department of Psychiatry. The role involves providing programmatic and administrative support to Foster System Support Programs, including documentation, data management, and assisting in grant writing and educational materials.

Responsibilities
Documentation and data entry and management: update directories and other online resources regularly, log and maintain records in REDCap and other data systems, create and maintain behavioral health service directories, and enter, review, and clean data as necessary
Assist in creating educational and training materials, including PowerPoint presentations
Contribute to grant writing and peer-reviewed publications through proofreading, literature reviews, and compiling supporting data
Manage assignment of program consultation requests to appropriate consultants
Assist with preparation of programmatic reports and summaries
Answer incoming phone calls and provide responsive, professional communication
Perform general office and project support tasks, including preparing and distributing outreach materials
Participate in workgroups and special project meetings, taking and distributing agendas minutes, and task lists
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to address and respond effectively to people's concerns with professionalism and empathy
Excellent communication skills, including collaboration and facilitation
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Suite; experience with REDCap preferred
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, systems, and technologies
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychological or social work
