The Funding Coordinator will play a critical role in assisting clients with the trust funding process, ensuring professionalism and precision while maintaining clear communication throughout. This position requires strong organizational skills and a client-centered approach to successfully manage client interactions and asset transfers.

Responsibilities
Provide white-glove service to clients as they complete the trust funding process
Review asset inventories and prepare or coordinate completion of funding forms
Liaise with financial institutions, title companies, and insurance providers as needed
Maintain meticulous records of client progress in the Funding Portal and update attorneys as necessary and appropriate
Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with firm policies
Communicate regularly with clients and attorneys regarding funding status and next steps
Track milestones and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion
Protect confidential client and firm information at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and exceptional attention-to-detail skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A client-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
Ability to follow procedures and maintain structured systems
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management tools
Ability to manage and track multiple clients simultaneously with accuracy
Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a law firm environment
Basic understanding of estate planning or legal terminology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, supportive team
