The Pharmacovigilance Reporting Specialist is responsible for leading daily tasks related to copay assistance programs, focusing on improving productivity and quality while supporting program operations.

Responsibilities
Monitoring associate calls and providing feedback to program managers on associate strengths/coaching opportunities
Reviewing associate case records to ensure program metrics are met
Preparing call center reports and tracking service trends
Participating in the creation and maintenance of program SOP’s
Assisting with user acceptance testing of program platform (eCase, iAssist)
Monitoring program AE’s
Qualification
Required
Experience in quality assurance or related field
Strong analytical skills
Ability to identify and develop improvements in productivity and quality
Excellent communication skills
Experience in monitoring and providing feedback
Ability to prepare reports and track service trends
Familiarity with creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Experience with user acceptance testing of software platforms
