Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support by diagnosing and resolving issues affecting cloud infrastructure, operating systems, and networking
Plan, test, and deploy operating system and application patches in accordance with Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and DoD compliance standards
Familiarity with ServiceNow RPMS, ACAS vulnerability scanning, cloud monitoring tools, and plugin management
Provide basic user and customer support and troubleshooting
Provide application navigation assistance

Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in any combination of the following:
Experience supporting AWS Cloud
Providing content management support in all source intel areas
Military experience
Providing basic user and customer support and troubleshooting in intelligence, cyber or application support areas
An active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
Experience with RHEL Linux
AWS cloud certifications
Experience deploying, and managing AWS cloud resources including EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and others
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Detail oriented and comfortable conversing with client leadership
