Responsibilities
Analyze payroll data and processes to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution for all employees
Conduct monthly reconciliations of payroll-related accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
Oversee payroll accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
Collaborate with the Payroll Supervisor to manage ongoing payroll projects and initiatives
Handle requests from external business partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
Apply knowledge of expatriate payroll practices and manage shadow payroll processes as needed
Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance payroll processes and training
Create and/or maintain payroll metrics to drive operational improvements
Work with processing teams and other internal and external partners for audits and process enhancements
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to generate detailed reports and dashboards for business insights
Ensure adherence to SOX compliance requirements within payroll operations
Leverage knowledge of SAP ERP and e-Time or similar financial platform/timekeeping systems to streamline processes
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of payroll experience, with a focus on payroll analysis and operations
Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create macros and dashboards
Extensive knowledge of current ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and ADP General Ledger; SAP experience is preferred
Familiarity with SOX compliance and payroll-related financial regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex payroll data
Experience with expatriate payroll processing and shadow payroll management
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation will receive special consideration
Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and a strong understanding of general ledger functionalities
