The role involves managing complex travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and improving administrative processes while developing positive relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Executive Staff

Schedules meetings, supports meeting preparation, takes quality project meeting notes and follows up on action items

Provides proactive calendar management

Manages complex travel arrangements and itineraries

Supports the production of corporate meetings, staff meetings and corporate events

Enters purchase orders, interfaces with purchasing

Submits requests as needed, including ITS and Facilities

Takes initiative to improve administrative processes

Required

High School diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred

Minimum of 5 years experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented and very organized

Must have a positive attitude and be highly motivated, self-confident and self-managed

Must be a team player and have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups at all organizational levels

Must be extremely organized and detail oriented; able to take multiple tasks and prioritize work

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
