Responsibilities
Document Retention/Recordkeeping tasks as needed, including process improvement to these spaces
Data Integrity/Maintenance within our recordkeeping system
Documentation: Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations
Reporting: Create detailed reports by compiling data findings into meaningful documentation. Maintain the tools that we create
Monitoring Progress: Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and publishing progress reports
Recommend Controls: Identify problems and recommend improved procedures
Bulk Send Needs for Preapproved Organization
Data Analysis: Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Organized and great time management
Enjoys working within a team
Experience working with spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Self-starter to try out new things, tools, and approaches
