Responsibilities

Lead product design initiatives, developing a deep understanding of the problem space, business needs, and user goals to ensure positive outcomes are achieved

Foster strong relationships with local and global, multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, and subject matter experts

Collaborate on generative and evaluative research studies

Create concepts, prototypes, storyboards, and presentations to showcase product vision and elicit buy-in from key stakeholders

Define detailed designs and specifications that include complex workflows, interactions, states, and information- and data-rich desktop, browser, and mobile experiences

Leverage and enhance our organization's mature design system to ensure consistent, cohesive experiences across our web, mobile, and native applications

Demonstrate thought leadership across the broader team regarding best practices, opportunities to optimize operations, and elevate quality

Required

Experience working with complex data across multiple platforms (e.g., products, websites, mobile apps, etc.)

Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging manner, using storytelling to explain ideas

6+ years of experience designing digital products and services for enterprise solutions

Experience leveraging methodologies that lead to learning and decision-making through concepting, storyboarding, and prototyping

Experience in the application of design systems such as Google's Material Design

Bachelor's degree or higher in User Experience (UX) Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
