Field Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with assigned franchisees to promote and support local marketing initiatives across the EWC franchise network
Design and implement comprehensive local marketing strategies to enhance visibility and guest acquisition at the center level, utilizing both ground marketing and paid media tactics
Provide ongoing education and support to franchisees, in partnership with operations support teams, via email, phone, and internal ticketing systems, focusing on marketing programming
Maintain the efficacy and effectiveness of local marketing training tools, platforms and playbooks
Develop and manage recurring performance reports on center-level activities, sharing insights and optimizations to drive continuous improvement
Ensure the efficient and effective execution and brand compliance of all local marketing campaigns
Maintain effective communication channels with franchisees and centers, fostering constructive dialogue and performance enhancements
Participate in recurring status calls with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are on track and meeting benchmark KPIs
Stay updated on industry trends and relevant topics, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and network-wide growth

Required

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required
2-4 years of experience in marketing/advertising
Proven track record developing strategies, communications, and engagement programs (preferably for a franchise organization)
Strong business acumen. Ability to align development objectives with the overall business strategy of the organization
Ability to interact effectively with and influence executives and business leaders
Experience influencing and affecting cultural change around communication
Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required. Ability to effectively present and facilitate to/with a diverse audience with confidence and poise
Ability to exercise strategic thinking, mature judgment, and creative problem solving
Proactive and driven in style
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and easily adapt to a dynamic environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
A non-political team player that can quickly establish him/herself as a valued member of the EWC team. Collaborates well across all areas of the organization
