Responsibilities
Perform dimensional inspections on precision and turbine components using Zeiss Inspect / GOM Inspect and optical scanning systems such as ATOS
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements to verify part conformance
Develop and execute inspection workflows for dimensional inspection of precision parts
Establish efficient, cost-effective inspection methods and techniques for assigned projects
Prepare inspection documentation and deviation reports in accordance with ISO17025 procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inspection process optimization and data accuracy
Qualification
Required
Mandatory experience with Zeiss Inspect / GOM Inspect for dimensional inspection and reporting
Experience with optical or structured light scanning systems such as ATOS or equivalent
Knowledge of ANSI Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing principles
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO17025, AS9100, and NADCAP standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and accountability
U.S. person status required (per ITAR regulations)
Preferred
Python or Visual Basic scripting experience is beneficial but not required
