Director, Agency Sales & Partnerships
Yobi AI is a rapidly growing tech company focused on behavioral modeling and personalization. They are seeking a Director of Agency Sales and Partnerships to expand their presence within major agency holding companies and large independent agencies, driving activation sales and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
Lead sales efforts across HoldCos (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, Havas, etc.) and large agencies (Horizon Media, Canvas WorldWide, )
Drive new activation sales and revenue growth through strategic relationships
Support and grow existing agency partnerships, unlocking new business across networks
Partner with junior account executives to coach, develop, and co-sell on activation opportunities
Collaborate closely with Business Development and Product teams to align on go-to-market strategy and client needs
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience selling into ad agencies (ideally 8+ years)
Desire to be a player-coach, including willingness to: Prospect Deals, Run Activation Sales, Grow Existing Ad Agency Relationships, Partner with & mentor Junior AEs
Deep network of senior and mid-senior agency and holding company relationships
Proven track record in activation or partnership sales within AdTech, especially within DSPs or audience/data solutions
Someone who thrives in new environments, is actively looking to build products & functions from 0 to 1, and is hungry to make an impact in a startup environment
Hunger to be part of a founding sales team at an early stage startup
Strong communicator with a collaborative approach and startup agility
