Leads the enterprise-wide strategy and execution of learning, leadership development, and career growth initiatives
Partners across the People Organization and with business leaders to design and deliver innovative, data-driven development experiences
Oversees enterprise learning technologies, vendor partnerships, budget oversight, and end-to-end learning ecosystem
Ensures scalability, inclusivity, and measurable business impact
Drives a culture of continuous learning, leveraging insights, technology, and modern methodologies to enable employees to grow and thrive
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading enterprise-wide learning and development strategies
Proven track record in designing and delivering innovative learning experiences
Strong understanding of leadership development and career growth initiatives
Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and the People Organization
Experience overseeing learning technologies and vendor partnerships
Budget oversight experience
Ability to drive a culture of continuous learning
Strong analytical skills to leverage insights and measure business impact
Familiarity with modern methodologies in talent development
