They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of direct sales representatives in the Northeast Region to support their growth and exceed performance standards.

Responsibilities
Standardization and continuity throughout the Region
Exceed monthly performance standards set by the National Sales Director
Identify and retain top talent in order to successfully grow sales team
Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota
Build strong relationships with KOLs (key opinion leaders), key strategic customers and domestic sales team
Assistance of development and growth within IDN Systems and GPOs
Lead and develop team consistent with Caldera’s C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge & Create)
Requires a minimum of 60% overnight travel – 3 nights per week
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 full years in medical device sales management
Experience in fast growth company or division
Navigating and obtaining the VAC process; selling into the OR
Managed at least 5 direct reports
Must have positive track record of exceeding quota during tenure as a sales rep
Bachelor's degree
Candidates must live in the Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, Albany areas
Requires a minimum of 60% overnight travel – 3 nights per week

Savvy Presentation and communication skills

Experience in working with CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
