They are seeking highly motivated undergraduate students for their inaugural Spring Co-Op Program, where co-ops will work closely with industry professionals on real-world projects related to utilities engineering and maintenance.

Responsibilities
Support daily operations of critical utilities
Assist with equipment monitoring, data collection, and trend analysis to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering on preventive maintenance programs
Support project work - upgrades, energy reduction, capacity expansions, and sustainability
Develop or revise documentation
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Biomedical, or Electrical)
Enrolled in a co-op program
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, utilities/facilities engineering, and regulated industry
Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail including the ability to accomplish a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved
Proficiency in data analysis
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a proactive, positive and constructive manner
Highly motivated, self-driven individual with passion working within pharmaceutical industry
Preferred
Potential ability to complete 2 co-op rotations (Spring/Summer)
