Responsibilities
Drive account growth and boost profitability
Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
Build trusted relationships with top-level executives
Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies
Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners
Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
Ensure customer satisfaction and account compliance
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience running account P&L
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Sales experience in technical solutions
