Responsibilities
You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and strategic non-technical roles
You will act as a "hunter," using creative sourcing strategies to attract top-1% talent
You will manage a high-volume ops recruiter responsible for our delivery team, ensuring quality and consistency across all hiring verticals
You will work with both founders and our leadership team to amplify our story in the market, driving referrals and inbound interest
You will manage and implement the recruiting stack, design structured interview plans, and create data-driven reporting loops to keep hiring managers aligned
You will define what it feels like to interview at Valerie Health, ensuring candidates become an advocate for our brand
Qualification
Required
2-6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including 1-2+ years in a talent-dense engineering firm or a top tier search firm
Proven track record of closing Senior/Staff level Engineers
Data-native with knowledge of modern ATS platforms (Ashby experience is a massive plus) to track funnel metrics and spot bottlenecks
Prioritize quality over quantity in hiring
Ability to sell the vision and distill complex technical requirements
Ownership mentality, willing to fix broken processes and coordinate scheduling
Preferred
Experience hiring for non-technical roles (GTM, Ops, G&A)
Experience managing junior recruiters/sourcers
