The Vice President of Strategic Initiatives will serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, driving the company’s long-term growth and transformation agenda through high-impact initiatives that advance strategic priorities and strengthen the company’s position in aesthetic healthcare.

Responsibilities
Partner with the CFO, and executive leadership to develop, refine, and operationalize the company’s multi-year strategic plan
Drive data-driven analysis and initiative design across areas such as market expansion, service innovation, operational scalability, and technology enablement
Facilitate strategic planning processes and performance reviews that ensure accountability and alignment with financial and operational objectives
Lead cross-functional, high-priority initiatives that drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence across the organization
Build frameworks, conduct analyses, and manage execution to ensure projects deliver measurable outcomes on time and within scope
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the executive team, facilitating communication, alignment, and progress across the business
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation
Strong business acumen and ability to translate vision into action
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments with a high degree of ambiguity
Servant-leader mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach
Preferred
Background in healthcare, consumer services, or private equity–backed growth environments preferred
MBA strongly preferred
