Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting Client Relationship Managers to drive exceptional client and employee NPS as well as expansion growth targets

Assist with all aspects of the account and employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding

Consult and work flexibly with internal teams to solve problems and deliver solutions for clients and employees

Navigate service or employment-related questions and issues and drive successful, client-centric resolutions

Create and maintain workflow documentation for the Private Family Services department

Respond to all inquiries in a timely and solutions-based manner

Perform other duties as assigned in support of key business and department objectives
