Responsibilities

Maintain contamination-free processes through sterile techniques
Perform PBMC isolation techniques and cell counting to support various analyses
Adhere to regulatory standards and SOPs, ensuring compliance across all tasks
Accurately document all lab activities and results, supporting traceability and quality control
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives
Cover occasional shift work to meet laboratory and project demands

Qualification

PBMC isolation techniquesCell countingSterile techniquesLaboratory information management systems (LIMS)Multitasking skillsLearning mindsetOrganizational skillsDetail-oriented

Required

Experienced in sterile laboratory environments
Experienced with pipetting and working in a biosafety cabinet
Able to learn regulatory standards for a CAP/CLIA, GMP, GLP, or GCP setting
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality and compliance
Able to work Monday – Friday, during normal business hours and flexible to cover occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed
Possess a learning mindset and a curiosity for science
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred

Two or Four-year degree in Biological Sciences, Biology, Forensics, or a related field
Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
Experience with PBMC isolation and cell counting
