Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to authority for customers, guiding them through their journey with Building Swell products
Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to relay customer needs and contribute to product improvement
Use analytics and customer interaction data to drive strategies for customer success and retention
Qualification
Required
Based in the Toronto, ON area and studying in the AEC field
Clear, concise writing and note-taking; comfortable speaking with customers
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn how prefab shops actually work
Kind and curious—always open to learning from colleagues, clients, and the industry
