Responsibilities
Ensure coordinated, world-class sales and marketing efforts across assigned territory
Train and orient new sales associates to Silverado’s mission and standards
Collaborate with community Administrators and internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Provide sales management development and coaching to community leaders
Use internal and external data to guide census growth initiatives
Support cross-functional alignment between sales, operations, and marketing
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of general management experience in long-term care or related field
Proven knowledge of regulations related to assisted living community management
Minimum 3 years of experience supervising teams, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
Comfortable working in environments with pets
Demonstrates passion and ability to work with individuals with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related conditions
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
