Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, and testing generative AI solutions for various areas in the business

Build and deploy applications that use LLMs via APIs, integrating with existing backend and frontend services

Research practical AI techniques and approaches (e.g., RAG, retrieval, prompt design, evaluation) and run scoped experiments

Support in data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation tasks

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Create full-stack prototypes to demonstrate generative AI capabilities and gather feedback

Present project findings, insights, and prototypes to a broad audience, including technical and non-technical stakeholders

Contribute to documentation and presentation of project findings and results

Required

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Must be junior or senior standing at the time of the internship

Must be able to work full-time in Neenah, WI during the summer and potential opportunity to extend internship to work part-time during the school year

Basic understanding of generative AI concepts and experience with Python

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

Strong written and verbal communication skills
