Sales Development Representative Manager
SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide, and they are looking for a Sales Development Representative Manager to join their team. The role involves driving results through team management, ensuring KPI targets are met, and collaborating with various departments to enhance performance.

Responsibilities
Drive results - ensuring the team hits all KPI targets
Manage dashboards/KPI’s - provide insights and forecasts to the leadership team
Ensure CRM Accuracy - inspect processes to ensure all are followed to provide accurate data
Team training - this includes group and one/one training, daily role play sessions in huddles, call shadowing, etc
Collaborate with and provide feedback to: Marketing, Sales Ops, and Sales Manager — to ultimately drive results
Ensure we hit our outbound sales targets through SDR team management and training
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing a sales development team
Strong understanding of KPI targets and performance metrics
Proficiency in CRM software and data management
Experience in training and developing team members
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of achieving outbound sales targets
