New Grad, Entry LevelLifesteps, Inc. is a local human services organization serving Western Pennsylvania for over 100 years. They are seeking part-time Early Intervention Screeners to assess and evaluate the development of children and infants, sharing results with parents and providing appropriate developmental activities.

Responsibilities
Scheduling, administering, scoring and interpreting developmental screenings for children ages birth to 5 years old
Sharing the results of the screening to the parents in a professional, non-threatening manner
Providing parents with information on developmentally appropriate activities and child development
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, Family Studies, Psychology or a related Human Service field
OR -- High School Diploma with a CDA Certificate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Current driver's license and the ability to travel for business with personal vehicle
Preferred
Experience with Children, such as: Child Development Assessment experience, prior work as a Teacher Aide, childcare staff, daycare employee, AGS, etc
