Business Development Manager
360 Fire & Flood is a leading national disaster restoration company dedicated to providing efficient solutions for clients affected by disasters. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for attending marketing events, developing industry knowledge, networking with sales prospects, and resolving client concerns to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities
Attend marketing events as required, distribute marketing material as needed
Develop and maintain current knowledge of 360 Fire & Flood services, industry trends, and competitive information
Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations
Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
Identify and network with new sales prospects
Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to persuade and influence others
Ability to develop and deliver presentations
Outside sales and cold-calling skills as well as a solid knowledge of bid processes
Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, internet, CRM programs, and smart phones
Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
Work requires significant local travel
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
Preferred
Sales experience: 3 years
Restoration industry: 1 year
