Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor the business development team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback on a regular basis to ensure team success
Conduct outreach activities such as calling, email marketing, and providing prospective clients with marketing materials to nurture leads and gather additional information resulting in an MQL or SQL
Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and maintain a consistent flow of potential customers into the sales pipeline
Support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns to ensure a high volume of marketing leads
Proven ability to manage partner channels impartially, ensuring fair and balanced support for all partners while driving collaborative success
Monitoring the performance of marketing leads and ensuring timely handover of leads
Work closely with management to identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the business development team
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure a high volume of marketing leads are generated resulting in SQL’s
Demonstrate a clear understanding of, and strict adherence to, the rules of engagement specific to each instance and division, ensuring compliance and consistency across all interactions
Provide expert troubleshooting and support for business development agents, addressing their inquiries and resolving challenges

Required

5 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Experience in leadership or supervisory role
Proven experience in lead management, marketing coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
