Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Previous work in related field with Children and Youth preferred
Commitment to actively participate in a Professional Development Plan including Level II & Level III Training which includes completion of 20 Credit Hours of program training
Knowledge of the principles and practices of First Aid and C.P.R and ability to ensure the safety of children
Ability to deal comfortably with stressful situations and follow emergency procedures
Ability to multi-task, ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a safe and effective manner
Ability to interact with co-workers and the public in a positive, professional manner
Ability to meet attendance requirements
Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively
Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and time constraints
